The restaurant

Casa Verniano is an ancient rural village, in the heart of the Sienese countryside, dating back to 1400.
Here you can experience the typical Sienese traditions and flavors. The restaurant, where you will find a family atmosphere, is typically furnished in Tuscan style with exposed beams and a wood-burning stove.
We prepare only dishes with typical Tuscan and Sienese products, mostly at “zero km”. In fact, the laws and rules regarding Rural Tourism are very strict, and therefore the genuineness of the products and their certification are assured. the vegetables come from our garden and are not treated with pesticides. We cannot offer a full-board service because Casa Verniano is a family-owned company and all other main activities (agricultural and related activities as the riding school, educational farm) do not allow us to provide a full-board service.

A summer night at Casa Verniano

In the months of July and August, every Sunday we organize for all guests a dinner based on Pizza cooked in our old wood-fired oven, you can become a pizza maker for one evening.
Every Friday evening we organize an aperitif, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails accompanied by tasty Tuscan snacks, to brighten up the evening with a background of music.
